holds British and American balloon pilot certificates and
has been flying balloons since 1990.
Paul
also supports the local community: Sober Teens is a partnership
among teenagers, parents, the Sheriff’s Department, and
the community of Putnam County, New York, designed to promote
sobriety as a viable lifestyle choice. 
Chief
crew and safety officer is Hilary, this time in the basket
and in the pink.
When
not ballooning, Paul is an international management consultant
and executive coach, transforming performance and culture
