We carry liability insurance for our operations but to further assure the safety of our flights we will not carry pregnant passengers or anyone we judge to be at high risk because of age, health, or other conditions. The pilot may choose not permit passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs to board the balloon.

All flights are made wind and weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule the flight for another day. If we cancel a flight for weather or any reason within our control there are no charges.

Passengers who fail to show up for the flight or cancel within five days of the scheduled flight will forfeit any deposit or other forms of payment unless their reserved space can be filled by other passengers.

Flight time is approximately one hour. The pilot may decide, for safety or other reasons, to make the final landing before the scheduled one hour flight duration has elapsed. Should this occur, no refunds will be considered unless the flight duration is less than thirty minutes.
